Job Description

The Zonal Trade Marketing Specialist role at Dyson involves developing and executing trade marketing initiatives within a specific geographic zone to enhance product visibility, sales, and trade relationships. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade marketing activities with regional and national business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing trade marketing plans tailored to the zone's market conditions - Planning and executing in-store promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers - Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive - Collaborating with the sales team to align trade marketing activities with sales goals - Assisting in the development and management of the trade marketing budget for the region - Tracking and reporting on the performance of trade marketing campaigns using key performance indicators To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales in the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industry. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with trade marketing or CRM software is preferred. You should be results-driven, detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned zone and work irregular hours based on trade marketing events is required. An understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in the assigned zone is also necessary for this role.,
