Would be responsible for - Gujarat, Rajasthan, M.P. and ChhattisgarhShould be Graduate/PG with minimum 12 years in Pharmaceutical industry handling Western ZoneShould have good and strong networking with the Government and Corporate Hospitals in the assigned area of coverage (AOC)Should have good networking with the KOLsShould have excellent relations and networking with Stockiest and Super Stockiest Should have handled a Big team in multi-statesShould have a Leadership approach in Guiding and retaining the Field Force comprising of TSMs, RBMs and ABMsShould have experience of organizing CMEs, ISPs, RTMs, and other academic activitiesMarketing plans, business projections (anticipating the trend and future planning), budget planning, and tracking achievements vs. targetsImplement approved promotional plans through the reporting field force to achieve the set objectivesShould have Strong work knowledge of Corporate Hospital businesses
