Job Description

Position: Zonal Sales Manager -West (SME)

Location - Mumbai

Team Size: 2 4 Regional Sales Managers

Key Purpose of the Job:

Drive business growth for SME by formulating and executing zonal sales strategies, ensuring achievement of branch sales targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Education Qualification / Skill sets required:

Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 12 years experience in sales and marketing of LAP / SME is Must.
Strong exposure to credit evaluation, portfolio risk management, and market analysis.
Proven ability to handle large and diverse field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement zonal sales strategy to enhance market share and profitability.
Monitor branch performance, sales targets, portfolio credit quality & collection efficiency.
Drive business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels in the zone.
Guide and mentor Regional Managers to achieve branch-level sales & cross-sell targets.
Manage key customer & partner relationships including HNI clients and DSAs.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams; identify training needs and ensure capability building.
Maintain NPAs within prescribed limits through proactive monitoring and corrective actions.
