Zonal Sales Manager - Premium Footwear

Role Overview: As a Zonal Sales Manager in the premium footwear industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive sales growth in South India. You will be tasked with managing large territories, achieving sales targets, and nurturing relationships with distributors and retailers. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and overseeing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver zonal sales targets consistently to ensure revenue growth - Lead and supervise a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers - Strengthen distributor and retail networks within the designated zone - Expand the presence of the company in premium footwear retail formats and multi-brand outlets - Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the market and enhance brand visibility - Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to the leadership team Qualifications Required: - Total experience of 15 to 20 years, with a focus on 8 to 10 years in premium footwear sales - Profound expertise in managing distribution and retail channels effectively - Proven track record of building, leading, and motivating successful sales teams - Possess a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to execution - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Please note that this job is full-time and permanent with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund provided.
