Position: Zonal Sales Manager – Nephrology

Location: Chennai (covering entire South India)

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Nephrology sales including 2+ yr of team management experience

Team:

Role Purpose:

Drive zonal sales and marketing execution for nephrology products, lead KAM teams, build strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance and capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory/account strategies aligned with therapy goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop KAMs to achieve zonal targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior HCPs and institutional stakeholders.
• Support KAMs in multi-channel engagement, workshops, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulations.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/Pharmacy; MBA desirable.
• 3+ years’ first-line sales management experience (institutional/renal care preferred).
• Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and market dynamics.

Scope:

• Location: Chennai (multi-territory remit).
• Direct reports: Team of KAMs.
