Zonal Sales Manager- Nephrology

As a Zonal Sales Manager Nephrology with a Global Pharma MNC, your role will be crucial in driving sales and marketing execution for nephrology products in Chennai, covering the entire South India region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), develop strategic partnerships, ensure compliance, and focus on capability development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute territory/account strategies in line with therapy goals. - Lead, coach, and develop KAMs to meet zonal targets effectively. - Establish and nurture relationships with senior Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and institutional stakeholders. - Provide support to KAMs in multi-channel engagement, workshops, and training initiatives. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy; MBA is considered desirable. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in first-line sales management, preferably in institutional/renal care. - Possess strong people management skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and commercial acumen. - Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and understanding of market dynamics. In this role, you will be based in Chennai with a multi-territory remit. You will directly manage a team of KAMs and play a critical role in the growth and success of the nephrology product portfolio.
