We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our InstiBiz team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and coordinating with Jan Aushadhi network at granular level, ensuring channel development & maintaining excellent customer relationship. Key Responsibilities 1. Network Management : Manage assigned distribution channel, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and ensuring sales growth. 2. Sales and Marketing: Oversee Promotion of Dr. Reddys's medicines to Govt. institutions, including government hospitals and Jan Aushadhi retail pharmacies. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues promptly. 4. Order Fulfilment: Receive and process orders, ensuring timely delivery of medicines to customers. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medicines at all times. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to pharmaceutical sales and distribution. 8. Training and Development: Provide training and support to customers ( Depot Team , Distributors , retailers). Requirements 1. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. 2. Exposure to network & channel management will be an added advantage, Experience of handling large distributors 3. Knowledge: Good knowledge on regulations, market trends, and competitor activity. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales growth targets for assigned geography. 2. Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers and increase market share. 3. Market presence : identifying molecule & scope for new business & growth. 4. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts. 5. Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements. This position will report into Head InstiBiz. Qualifications Requirements 1. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. 2. Exposure to network & channel management will be an added advantage, Experience of handling large distributors 3. Knowledge: Good knowledge on regulations, market trends, and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the strategic vision for the Pharma vertical. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans. Qualifications: - Graduation from IIT or top Engineering college and MBA from an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is required. - Prior experience working with a leading Pharma company or Pharma project in a consulting firm is a must. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to strategy, M&A, New business and regulatory affairs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships across all organizational levels. - Proven leadership ability, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration. - High degree of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with global pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Note: - Looking for someone with Pharma vertical experience of min 6 yrs .
