Sales Leadership and Management - Lead and coach City Sales Managers and partner acquisition executives across multiple cities within the zone - Drive zonal P&L performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability - Set goals, forecast sales, and track progress to meet business objectives Partner Ecosystem Development - Build and manage a regional partner network including agents, franchisees, and referral partners - Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local below-the-line (BTL) activities supporting lead generation and conversion Training and Performance Review - Conduct regular sales reviews and training programs to enhance team capabilities - Collaborate with marketing for effective campaign execution and sales funnel optimization
Key Skills & Qualifications - 7 to 12 years of overall experience in sales/business development, with at least 2 years in a zonal sales head or equivalent leadership role - Strong knowledge of regional markets in Maharashtra, particularly Pune and Mumbai - Proven experience in managing field teams and channel partners - Expertise in goal setting, sales forecasting, and target tracking - People-first leadership approach with excellent coaching and team management skills - Prior experience in the prepaid cards or travel industry is highly desirable Special Requirements - Ability to travel frequently within the zone to manage teams and partners effectively
