Qualification : Essential : 1. Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Metallurgical/ Electrical engineering

2. Certified PMP / PgMP/PfMP from Project Management Institute

Preference : 1. MBA in Operations/ Finance

2. PMI Certification in Schedule / Risk management/ Agile

5) Experience : 20-25 years in Project , preferably in an integrated steel project with iron and steel making and processing facilities

6) Skills Required :.

1. Substantially long experience in project management in manufacturing / infrastructure/ construction sector, preferably in steel

2. Hands on experience in implementation of PMO functions using Project Management methodology , preferably aligned with PMBOK framework.

3. Application area knowledge on construction methodology

4. Good exposure in managing stakeholder of various categories and Government / local liaison

5. Strong general management aptitude

6. Strong leadership and communication skills

7. Team player and good people manager

Pay: ₹6,500,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
