B2V focuses on Climate Smart Farming, Livelihood, Rural Development, empowering farmers with innovative techniques and enhancing livelihood opportunities through community-driven initiatives.

Back to Village (B2V) is looking for a dynamic and committed Zonal Project Manager to lead and oversee rural development and watershed-based interventions across Eastern India.

Ranchi

Up to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic execution planning for ongoing and new projects
• Ground team recruitment & capacity building
• Leading field-level operations & ensuring timely implementation
• Preparing detailed project reports & documentation
• Regular coordination with funding agencies & stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate & above (Agriculture / Social Sciences preferred)
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in development sector
• Prior experience in handling Watershed Projects
• Strong planning, communication, and team management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states
• Highly motivated with a commitment to grassroots development
