B2V focuses on Climate Smart Farming, Livelihood, Rural Development, empowering farmers with innovative techniques and enhancing livelihood opportunities through community-driven initiatives. Back to Village (B2V) is looking for a dynamic and committed Zonal Project Manager to lead and oversee rural development and watershed-based interventions across Eastern India. 📍 Location: Ranchi 💼 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience & expertise) 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Strategic execution planning for ongoing and new projects Ground team recruitment & capacity building Leading field-level operations & ensuring timely implementation Preparing detailed project reports & documentation Regular coordination with funding agencies & stakeholders ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Graduate & above (Agriculture / Social Sciences preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in development sector Prior experience in handling Watershed Projects Strong planning, communication, and team management skills Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states Highly motivated with a commitment to grassroots development If you are passionate about making a tangible impact in rural India and have hands-on experience in Climate Smart Farming and Rural Development projects, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Send your CV at: contact@backtovillage.org #Hiring #HiringPost
