Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care at patients’ homes across assigned zones.
Manage cases with
complete ownership
ensuring patient safety and quality care.
Perform essential nursing procedures:

IV cannulation
Catheterization
Ryle’s tube insertion
Minor & major dressing
Nebulization

Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and operations teams for seamless healthcare delivery.
Ensure timely travel and availability as per assigned patient schedules.

Requirements

Experience:
2 - 5 years of clinical experience.
Education:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree with valid Nursing Registration Number.
Work History:

1 - 2 years in private/government hospitals.
Minimum 1 year ICU experience or 1 year in Emergency Department.
Prior home-care experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to independently manage patient care.
Hands-on proficiency in nursing procedures.

Operational Details

Must own a personal vehicle for travel.
Willingness to travel extensively for patient visits.
Shift Timing:
9 AM – 8 PM
Work Schedule:
26 shifts/month.

1 Casual Leave (with 10 days’ notice).
1 weekly off.

Compensation

Overtime:
300/hour
Travel Reimbursement:

5/km (Bengaluru)
3.5/km (Delhi-NCR)
