Roles and Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients across diverse departments including ICU, NICU, OT, Surgical, ICCU, Oncology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG), Neonatology, and Emergency. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, promptly report any abnormalities, and assist in necessary interventions. Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as per prescribed protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of nursing assessments, treatment procedures, and patient progress. Participate actively in infection control, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and post-discharge care. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Experience: 0–5 years (freshers are welcome to apply). Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in critical care, emergency medicine, cardiac, gastroenterology, or surgical nursing. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills. Infection Control Nurse (ICN) Location: Jindal Hospital, Hisar Experience: 6-10 Years Qualification: B.Sc Nursing (ICN Certification Preferred) Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program to ensure a safe and hygienic hospital environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Conduct continuous surveillance, analysis, and reporting of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) to identify patterns, root causes, and areas for improvement. Design, implement, and regularly update infection control policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with NABH and JCI guidelines . Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to educate healthcare staff on infection prevention practices, aseptic techniques, and hand hygiene protocols. Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, housekeeping, and laboratory departments to ensure compliance with infection control standards across all units. Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and non-clinical areas to monitor adherence to infection control practices. Provide expert guidance during infection outbreaks or exposure incidents , ensuring timely containment and corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data reports to support quality assurance and accreditation processes . Desired Candidate Profile:- Educational Qualification: B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution; Certification in Infection Control (ICN) preferred. Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Infection Control Nursing, Midwifery (GNM), or related clinical roles. Strong understanding of NABH standards, hospital infection control policies, sterilization techniques, and quality assurance protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a proactive approach toward maintaining patient and staff safety. Ability to lead infection control committees, drive compliance initiatives, and foster a culture of safety across departments.
