Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver
comprehensive, high-quality nursing care
to patients across diverse departments including
ICU, NICU, OT, Surgical, ICCU, Oncology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG), Neonatology, and Emergency.
Monitor and record
patients’ vital signs, promptly report any abnormalities, and assist in necessary interventions.
Collaborate effectively
with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments
safely and accurately as per prescribed protocols.
Maintain detailed documentation
of nursing assessments, treatment procedures, and patient progress.
Participate actively in
infection control, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.
Provide
emotional support and education
to patients and their families regarding treatment and post-discharge care.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Experience:
0–5 years (freshers are welcome to apply).
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in
critical care, emergency medicine, cardiac, gastroenterology, or surgical nursing.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills.
A caring attitude and commitment to maintaining
the highest standards of patient safety and care.
