Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will involve: - Planning and executing the region's hiring plans, with a focus on entry-level recruitment for the retail sales team. - Partnering in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions. - Handling grievances and concerns with empathy, ensuring timely closure, and escalating issues to the proper authority when necessary. - Proactively monitoring general employee well-being and engagement levels, intervening actively as needed. In terms of Learning Development, you will be responsible for: - Planning and executing training development programs in alignment with the Corporate LD Calendar. - Actively fostering a culture of learning by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge-sharing across the region. - Collaborating in onboarding, initial coaching, and mentoring of employees. Regarding Performance Management, your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with line managers to address performance gaps and facilitate discussions/processes to assess appropriate actions. - Guiding line managers on feedback and performance coaching. You will also contribute to Process Improvement and Program Effectiveness by: - Providing input and feedback to the Central HR Team on gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR programs and policies. - Contributing to the development/refinement of HR programs processes through quality improvement interventions. Additionally, you will strive for Overall Excellence by: - Sharing HR trends intelligence for alignment review of HR priorities. - Participating in the implementation of the Annual Performance Cycle and providing consultation on the process and program tool support. - Supporting Corporate HR on key HR projects related to Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Learning Culture, etc. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Minimum qualification of MBA/PG diploma or PG degree in HR. - 6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant role. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and change. - Proven experience in handling HR Business Partner roles.
