You are a dynamic and result-oriented professional responsible for leading a large cross-sell team spread across various geographies. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue through the multi-channel distribution of financial products such as loans, investments, and banking solutions. Your key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of over 100 executives, team leaders, and regional managers in multiple cities. You will have end-to-end accountability for revenue generation from cross-sell financial products, including personal loans, merchant loans, SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, and current accounts. To excel in this role, you must drive sales through various channels such as database calling, open market sourcing, call center leads, and funnel conversions. Developing strategic sales plans, setting monthly/quarterly targets, and ensuring their achievement through disciplined execution is crucial. You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and implementing corrective actions to optimize productivity and profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Compliance, and Tech is essential to ensure smooth fulfillment and deliver a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have 8-15 years of experience in sales/leadership roles within BFSI/Fintech with a proven ability to scale teams and drive revenue in financial product cross-sell. A strong understanding of lending, investments, and banking product dynamics, along with experience in managing distributed teams and high-pressure targets, is required. Excellent communication, people management, and execution skills are also necessary for success.
