Zonal Collection Manager- Early Field CD

Location:

The Zonal Collection Manager will be responsible for managing and driving field collections across Karnataka, through a network of vendors and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership, vendor management skills, and a target-driven approach to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining compliance and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement collection strategies for the zone to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
• Monitor performance of vendors and field teams to ensure adherence to KPIs and compliance guidelines.
• Vendor Management:
• Identify, onboard, and manage collection agencies/vendors across the zone.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor performance and compliance.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate field collection teams to achieve assigned targets.
• Provide training and guidance on collection processes and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyze collection metrics, delinquency trends, and recovery rates.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on zone performance.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory norms.
• Address escalations and resolve disputes in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 820 years of experience in collections, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing large geographies and multiple vendors
