Zonal Business Manager, Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Business Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K).

Role Purpose: Oversee multiple regions, lead RSMs, achieve zonal sales targets, and ensure strategic growth, team performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage RSMs across the zone.
• Develop and implement zonal sales strategies.
• Monitor and improve performance of RSMs, ABMs, TMs, and MRs under the zone.
• Build relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure products are available and visible in all markets within the zone.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 10–20 years pharma sales experience with 3–5 years in leadership managing multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the zone.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
