Area Business Manager (ABM), Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead our pharmaceutical sales across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K).

Role: Lead a team of MRs in an area, achieve area sales targets, expand market coverage, and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate MRs to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand coverage.
• Conduct field visits and performance reviews of MRs.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 4–10 years pharma sales experience with 1–2 years team-handling experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, willing to travel extensively.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
