As a Zonal Sales Manage, you will coach, lead, and inspire the sales team to achieve the sales objectives for each Oncology product within Clients portfolio. You will ensure that all sales plan align with company strategy, are executed in a compliant manner, and are carried out in collaboration with the Key Accounts and Medical Field team. Key Responsibilities Sales Plan Execution: Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with company strategy to expand the customer base and extend the reach of molecules. Territory Management: Oversee multiple territories and sales advisors to achieve regional forecasts for each brand/indication/segment. Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance data and provide business updates to the leadership team. Sales Metrics: Ensure all Sales Force metrics such as days in the field, calls per day, reach, RRF, CME, channel mix, and activities are met to drive business objectives. Marketing Compliance: Ensure appropriate use of marketing messages and tactics within the region. Team Meetings: Conduct regular zonal team meetings to ensure alignment with strategy and track sales progress. Account Planning: Develop strong business, account, and customer plans for each territory. Forecasting: Provide forecast updates to ensure appropriate stock levels are available based on demand and patient needs. Distributor Collaboration: Work with distributors to ensure product availability for all key customers. CME Coordination: Identify locations needing CME events, coordinate local speakers, and ensure content meets regional needs. Thought Leader Collaboration: Work closely with thought leaders in Oncology and Hematology. Recruitment: Lead efforts to recruit the right talent for the team and company. Training and Development: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them. Coordinate product knowledge training in collaboration with marketing and medical teams. Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and the healthcare environment. Market Analysis: Analyze the marketplace and anticipate future changes to create a competitive advantage. Compliance: Foster a compliance-focused environment within the team and ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, and Clients policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote collaboration between the sales team and other functions such as the medical field team, key accounts team, and marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences; MBA preferred. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams. Experience utilizing analytical skills, selling skills, and strong business acumen. Working knowledge of the market access environment. Experience and Knowledge: 8+ years in the pharmaceutical specialty market. Minimum 2+ years in the current role with a history of high performance. Deep knowledge in Oncology and/or Hematology. Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting processes. Experience in resource allocation for multiple customer segments. Understanding of complexities in interacting with KOLs/KBLs and influencing customers. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities. Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
