Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Zoho People Expert. The Zoho People Expert will be responsible for implementing and customizing Zoho People solutions to streamline HR processes for clients. The role includes tasks such as configuring the system, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing talent and performance, and providing training and support to clients. The expert will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and tailor solutions to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and customizing Zoho People solutions
• Knowledge of HR automation, digital transformation, and talent management
• Understanding of compliance and labor laws
• Strong skills in problem-solving, project management, and client communication
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in training and providing support to clients
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
