Zoho Customer Support Engineer

You are invited to join our team as a Zoho Customer Support Engineer at Intuit Management Consultancy in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Zoho Customer Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support for the Zoho suite of applications. You will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving client issues, tracking and closing maintenance tickets, advising clients on important software updates, and collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of expertise in Zoho applications such as CRM, Projects, Desk, Books, and other related tools. You will communicate with clients to provide guidance on software updates and best practices, develop strong relationships with clients to provide tailored solutions, document support interactions, and provide training and support to clients to help them effectively use Zoho applications. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth experience and understanding of Zoho applications, strong business knowledge, proven experience in customer support, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and experience with ticketing systems and support documentation. Certification in Zoho applications, experience with other CRM or ERP systems, and knowledge of software development processes and methodologies are preferred qualifications.
