Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and experienced Zoho CRM Expert to manage and operate our CRM platform on a daily basis. This is a core operations role—ideal for someone who knows the Zoho ecosystem inside out and can ensure that leads, data, workflows, and reports are all flowing seamlessly across departments.

You will act as the go-to person for all things Zoho CRM—from entering and updating records to assigning leads, managing user roles, running reports, and ensuring the CRM is being used effectively by the team. This is not a developer role—it’s for someone who lives inside Zoho, understands business workflows, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Zoho CRM on a daily basis, ensuring clean data, timely updates, and accurate record-keeping across modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Tasks, etc.).
  • Assign leads and follow-up tasks to internal teams based on business rules and SLAs.
  • Monitor campaign responses (email, WhatsApp, SMS), update lead stages accordingly, and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Run and share daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on lead status, conversion funnels, follow-up delays, and team performance.
  • Ensure CRM discipline across teams, track user activity, and flag gaps in data entry or follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, support, and admin teams to ensure CRM reflects ground realities accurately.
  • Tag, categorize, and segment CRM records to enable focused campaigns and targeted communication.
  • Manage user roles, access controls, and team hierarchies within Zoho CRM.
  • Coordinate with tech teams or Zoho support in case of system issues, integration challenges, or custom view needs.

Preferred Profile

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience operating Zoho CRM as a daily user in a sales or operations environment.
  • Familiar with modules like Leads, Contacts, Deals, Campaigns, Tasks, Reports, and basic automations.
  • Able to extract reports, set filters, apply workflows, and manage day-to-day CRM hygiene without supervision.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for basic data manipulation and uploads into CRM.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with teams and training new users on CRM best practices.
  • Well-organized with a process-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in a tech-enabled sales or service business is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
