Ltd. is looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Developer to join the team and play a key role in customizing and maintaining the Zoho CRM system to cater to the specific needs of the organization. Responsibilities - Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, and layouts to align with business requirements - Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications - Implement workflow automation and optimize processes - Conduct user training sessions and offer continuous support - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications - Monitor system performance and address any arising issues Requirements - Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or in a similar role - Strong understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and APIs - Proficiency in scripting languages like Deluge, JavaScript, etc. - Experience in integrating third-party applications - Knowledge of database management and SQL query languages - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team setting - Outstanding communication skills - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Benefits A lump-sum remuneration for the complete job.
