This role is essential in ensuring a smooth migration, effective system configuration, and ongoing CRM optimization to support our marketing and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure adoption and efficiency. Key Responsibilities · Manage the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity. · Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, including user profiles, roles, permissions, modules, layouts, and workflow configurations. · Design and manage automation using Zoho CRM features such as workflows, blueprints, and approval processes. · Ensure seamless integration of Zoho CRM with other tools and platforms using Zoho Flow or available connectors. · Conduct regular data imports, cleanup, and validation to ensure data integrity and usability. · Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, and training. · Create and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making. · Enforce CRM governance including user access, data security, and compliance with company policies. · Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM functionality with organizational goals. · Stay updated with Zoho feature releases and CRM administration best practices to enhance system performance and usability. Required Skills & Qualifications · Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM in a business environment. · Proven experience in CRM administration, workflow design, user support, and system maintenance. · Familiarity with Zoho tools like Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting is a plus (not mandatory). · Experience supporting CRM data migration projects; Salesforce-to-Zoho experience is preferred. · Understanding of CRM integrations, data structures, and basic business process mapping. · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate user needs into system functionality. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Zoho CRM Administrator Certification is a plus.
