We are looking for a talented and reliable YouTube video editor to join our team on a long-term basis.

This project is for a growing communication and personal development channel.

The content style is clean, modern, educational, and premium, no flashy effects, no clutter.

If you understand caption design, pacing, color consistency, and light motion graphics, this role is perfect for you.

What You Will Edit

Each video includes:

•  Talking-head footage (1080p/4K)

•  Clean, modern subtitles/captions

•  Light B-roll

•  Simple motion graphics

•  Research callouts (small animated boxes)

•  Bullet lists / highlight panels

•  Smooth transitions

•  Consistent color palette

•  Minimal, premium YouTube aesthetic

We will provide:

Script

•  Footage

•  Color palette

•  Creative direction + Editor Guide

•  Visual references and examples

Editor Requirements

You must be comfortable with:

✔ Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve (no CapCut-only editors)

✔ Clean, modern caption design

✔ Simple animations (text reveal, list reveal, highlight panels)

✔ Light B-roll placement

✔ YouTube-safe, copyright-free assets

✔ Matching brand consistency across videos

✔ Saving & sharing templates (caption presets, lower thirds, color grade, transitions, etc.)

Deliverables

For each video:

•  Final edited video (MP4, 1080p or 4K)

•  Project file (Premiere Pro / Resolve / AE)

•  All custom assets used

•  Updated caption/motion/transition templates for future videos

Video Types & Expected Rates

Please share your fixed price for the following lengths:

•  3–5 minute video

•  10–15 minute video

•  15–17 minute video

We prefer fixed-rate per video, not hourly.

There is long-term work available (20+ videos ongoing across multiple channels).

Trial Task

Before hiring, we will begin with a short paid trial (30–60 seconds) to check:

•  Pacing

•  Captions

•  Color usage

•  Motion graphics

•  B-roll sense

•  Clean minimal look

3–5 minute videos: ₹1,800

10–15 minute videos: ₹4,500

15–17 minute videos: ₹5,000

As the channel grows, rates will increase.
