YouTube Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven YouTube Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage and grow our clients’ YouTube presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and content strategy to drive viewership, engagement, and subscriber growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement YouTube marketing strategies to boost channel visibility and growth.
• Optimize video metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and timestamps using SEO best practices.
• Regularly analyze and correct thumbnails for visual appeal, CTR improvement, and brand consistency.
• Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and video text overlays to improve discoverability.
• Monitor YouTube analytics and other performance tools to track KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the video production team to ensure videos align with audience preferences and brand voice.
• Create and manage video playlists, channel layout, and community engagement posts.
• Stay up-to-date on YouTube algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in YouTube marketing
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and text-based video strategies.
• Proficient in using YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and keyword tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
• Strong written skills for creating engaging titles, captions, CTAs, and overlay texts.
• Experience with YouTube paid advertising and campaign management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
