Role & responsibilities:- Job Purpose:- We are looking for a strategic and hands-on YouTube Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and grow our YouTube channel from the ground up or accelerate its existing growth. Your mission will be to create compelling ideas for video content that drives brand awareness, engages a global audience and generates high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities:- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives. Define the channels content pillars Conduct in-depth competitor, audience, and keyword research to identify content opportunities and market gaps. Manage the content calendar for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and regular publishing schedule. Establish and monitor KPIs such as watch time, subscriber growth, audience retention, and lead generation. Content Creation & Production: Plan, script, and storyboard video concepts that showcase our expertise, and brand values. Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic team, and regional sales team to produce high-quality, polished video content. Channel Management & Optimization: Manage the daily operations of the YouTube channel, including uploading, scheduling, and publishing videos. Craft compelling, keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize SEO and discoverability. Utilize YouTubes features effectively, including playlists, end screens, info cards, and community posts. Audience Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to rapidly grow our subscriber base and increase viewer engagement. Manage and engage with the community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Leverage other marketing channels (website, email, social media, paid ads) to promote YouTube content and drive cross-platform traffic. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze YouTube Analytics to derive actionable insights on audience behaviour and content performance. Prepare monthly performance reports, translating data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. Use data to continuously test, learn, and optimize content, thumbnails, and publishing strategies. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience in a dedicated YouTube marketing, content creation, or channel management role. A demonstrable portfolio or links to a YouTube channel you have personally grown and managed. Expert-level knowledge of the YouTube platform, including its algorithm, best practices, SEO, and community features. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for thumbnail creation. Strong analytical skills with experience using YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics to inform strategy. Excellent copywriting skills for crafting powerful titles, descriptions, and scripts. A creative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and detail. Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Experience in the real estate, luxury goods, or financial services sector. Basic filming skills and knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio. Understanding of how to localize content for international audiences, particularly in key markets like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Mainland China.
