You are a creative and data-driven YouTube Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience, responsible for managing and enhancing our clients" YouTube presence. Your expertise in YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and content strategy will be crucial in driving viewership, engagement, and subscriber growth. Your main responsibilities include planning and executing YouTube marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and growth. You will need to optimize video metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, and timestamps using SEO best practices. Regularly analyzing and enhancing thumbnails for visual appeal, CTR improvement, and brand consistency is also part of your role. Writing compelling and keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and video text overlays to enhance discoverability will be essential. Monitoring YouTube analytics and performance tools to track KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly is another key task. Collaboration with the video production team to ensure alignment with audience preferences and brand voice is a must. Additionally, you will create and manage video playlists, channel layout, and community engagement posts. Staying updated on YouTube algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor activities will be crucial for success in this role. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in YouTube marketing. Proficiency in YouTube SEO, thumbnail optimization, and text-based video strategies is necessary. You should also be adept at using YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and keyword tools like TubeBuddy and VidIQ. Strong written skills for crafting engaging titles, captions, CTAs, and overlay texts are required, as well as experience with YouTube paid advertising and campaign management. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Gurugram, Haryana. You must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Day shift availability is required for this role.,
