Youth & Culture Lead

What You’ll Do

• Be the brand’s voice among youth: Lead conversations that connect sport, identity, and aspiration — online and on the ground.
• Spot what’s next: Track emerging trends across youth sports, local leagues, fashion, fitness, and digital culture — and turn insights into strategy.
• Create youth-first campaigns: Lead ideation and execution for activations, tournaments, and digital campaigns that resonate with Gen Z.
• Build from the grassroots up: Partner with colleges, clubs, academies, and young athletes to create advocacy and loyalty.
• Collaborate with creators & athletes: Work with emerging voices who represent the new wave of sporting culture.
• Grow fan communities: Launch and scale digital + IRL communities around teams, leagues, and sports moments.
• Champion regional culture: Adapt campaigns and language for local resonance (Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Hindi).
• Be the in-house youth lens: Bring the youth POV into brand, content, and product conversations.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling youth-focused, digital-first brands.
• Proven record in growing online communities and running youth activations.
• Deep understanding of youth culture, sports, and digital trends.
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
• Confident communicator with data-driven instincts.
