Required Skills Should have degree in human resource management with at least 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong Sourcing skills, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Naukri, Linked-In Recruiter, Social Media, ChatGPT etc. Should have good understanding of Talent Pipelining.
