An Automotive Dealership Evaluator Manager role involves overseeing vehicle evaluations, leading a team of evaluators, conducting in-depth vehicle inspections to assess condition and value, performing market research on used car trends and pricing, providing transparent valuations, maintaining accurate records, and developing strategies to optimize the dealership's used car inventory and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of used car evaluators and inspection staff.
• Vehicle Evaluation & Inspection:
• Conduct comprehensive physical inspections of used cars, checking for damage, wear, and mechanical issues in both exterior and interior.
• Perform technical evaluations to assess the condition of the engine, body, and overall vehicle performance.
• Document all findings accurately, including photographs and detailed inspection reports.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and demand for various makes and models of used cars.
• Utilize this information to ensure accurate and competitive valuations.
• Valuation & Negotiation:
• Determine the fair market value of used vehicles based on inspection results and market data.
• Provide clear explanations of the valuation and engage in negotiations with customers or other stakeholders.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor used car inventory levels and identify vehicles that should be acquired or reconditioned.
• Work with vendors to ensure an adequate and profitable supply of vehicles.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategies for the dealership's used car department to meet profitability and sales goals.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement within the used car operations.
• Customer & Vendor Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience during the evaluation process.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and other stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
