Role Overview

An In‑Center Relationship Executive (ICRE) acts as the primary point of contact within the dealership for customers—addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfying experiences, and nurturing ongoing relationships to support service retention and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building
• Greet and assist customers in person and via phone/email.
• Actively listen to customer needs and foster trusting relationships.
• Engage with customers to understand concerns and expectations.

Inquiry Management & Issue Resolution

• Respond to general inquiries about services, pricing, and timelines.
• Log and track customer complaints, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

Appointment Coordination

• Schedule service appointments and manage the dealership's booking workflow.
• Follow-up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Database & Documentation Management

• Maintain CRM records with inquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and resolutions.
• Track metrics like conversion of enquiries to bookings and complaint resolution efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
