Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

System Security & Patch Management Engineer

to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role involves

vulnerability scanning, patch management, Windows Server administration, automation, and compliance enforcement

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

PowerShell scripting, WSUS, and security best practices

Key Responsibilities:

System Vulnerability Scans:
Conduct regular scans to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Patch Management:
Test, deploy, and verify system and application patches to maintain security and performance.
Compliance:
Ensure systems adhere to
PCI compliance
and other regulatory standards.
Windows Server Administration:
Manage and maintain
Windows Server
environments.
PowerShell Scripting:
Automate patch management, routine administrative tasks, and reporting.
Reporting & Documentation:
Analyze
vulnerability scan reports
, track
patching activities
, and generate
compliance reports
.
User Support:
Provide technical support to IT teams and end-users on patch management and WSUS-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree
in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Certifications such as
CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 27701 LA/L
are a plus.
Strong knowledge of
Windows Server OS, WSUS, and PowerShell scripting
.
Experience in
security scanning, patch deployment, and troubleshooting
.
