Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wrestling Coach at Mann Deshi Foundation, located in Mhaswad. The Wrestling Coach will be responsible for training and mentoring young wrestlers, developing and implementing coaching strategies, and ensuring the physical and mental development of athletes. Daily tasks include planning training sessions, providing personalized coaching, monitoring athletes’ progress, and preparing them for competitions. The role also involves maintaining communication with athletes, their families, and the organization to ensure a holistic approach to their development.

Qualifications

• NIS one year minimum
• Wrestling and Wrestling Coaching skills
• Coaching and Training abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in mentoring young athletes is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mhaswad
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field preferred
