Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Track and Field/Athletics Coach based in Mhaswad. The Track and Field Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, coaching athletes in various track and field events, and developing training programs to enhance athletic performance. Additionally, the coach will provide mentorship and support to young athletes, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and help foster a positive and inclusive training environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Track and Field, Athletic Training, and Coaching skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training athletes
• Passion for working with young athletes and fostering their development
• Ability to work on-site in Mhaswad
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in coaching or athletic training are a plus
