Company Description The Mann Deshi Foundation, established in 1996, empowers female entrepreneurs and their communities by providing access to knowledge, capital, markets, and social support. Operating in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka, the Foundation aims to support one million women by 2024. Headquartered in Mann Taluka, rural Maharashtra, the Foundation's programmes focus on addressing community needs such as water conservation, financial education, and athletic development. All programmes are developed organically based on the needs identified by the women in the community, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Track and Field/Athletics Coach based in Mhaswad. The Track and Field Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, coaching athletes in various track and field events, and developing training programs to enhance athletic performance. Additionally, the coach will provide mentorship and support to young athletes, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and help foster a positive and inclusive training environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Track and Field, Athletic Training, and Coaching skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Training athletes Passion for working with young athletes and fostering their development Ability to work on-site in Mhaswad Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications in coaching or athletic training are a plus
