The organization operates the Mann Deshi Mahila Sahakari Bank, which aims to address the financial needs of rural women in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Karnataka. The foundation also focuses on building business skills, facilitating market access, and supporting water conservation efforts in the drought-prone region of Mann Taluka, Maharashtra.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Doctor role located in Mhaswad. The Doctor will be responsible for providing medical care to the community, diagnosing and treating patients, and promoting health education and awareness. The role will involve working closely with the local community to improve healthcare access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Doctor (Only MBBS and BAMS)
• Experience in providing primary healthcare services
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a rural community setting
• Experience in public health or community medicine is a plus
• Knowledge of local languages spoken in Maharashtra (Marathi)
• Commitment to empowering women and supporting micro-entrepreneurs
• Willing to relocate to Mhaswad
