Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Track and Field/Athletics Coach based in Mhaswad. The Track and Field Coach will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, coaching athletes in various track and field events, and developing training programs to enhance athletic performance. Additionally, the coach will provide mentorship and support to young athletes, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and help foster a positive and inclusive training environment. Daily tasks include planning training sessions, providing personalized coaching, monitoring athletes’ progress, and preparing them for competitions.
