Job Description

This position requires you to be proactive and detail-oriented to ensure workplace services are consistently delivered to meet the requirements of occupants and guests. You will be responsible for ensuring safe working practices and maintaining service standards. Your role involves actively managing day-to-day service delivery by the Workplace team and vendor partners, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs. Collaboration with the Workplace Experience team is essential to align service delivery and create customer delight. Key Responsibilities: - Establish direct relationships with employees and act as a single point of contact - Respond to and close all feedback within defined SLAs - Communicate any misalignments to guidelines and gather feedback from different business points of contact - Execute employee engagement events and promotions in line with client expectations - Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback to the Assistant Manager - Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and excellence in performance - Support client-specific initiatives such as technology rollouts and best practices - Welcome guests in a professional manner and address customer complaints - Provide information on available food varieties and services - Gather daily customer feedback and maintain a good score - Maintain grooming standards set by the organization Operations Management: - Implement service tasks, procedures, and policies to deliver operational excellence - Review supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met - Understand site requirements and maintain contracts for necessary supplies and services - Manage workplace premises and change control process - Resolve user complaints and improve operations - Prepare risk assessments and assist in emergency responses - Monitor and manage staff performance and oversee vendors - Ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs - Coordinate timely delivery of services with related parties - Monitor building incidents and escalate as necessary - Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures To apply, you should have: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management or hospitality industry - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred - Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated - Honest, trustworthy, and open to new ideas If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding role in workplace management, apply today!,
