Role & responsibilities

• Workshop & Equipment Maintenance Management

  Lead preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance; implement schedules to reduce downtime.

• Procurement & Vendor Management

  Handle end-to-end procurement of spares & consumables; negotiate with OEMs & suppliers.

• Inventory & Cost Optimization

  Monitor stock levels; avoid stockouts; optimize procurement cost.

• Techno-Commercial Leadership

  Prepare budgets; conduct cost-benefit analyses; present reports on fleet efficiency & savings.

• Team Leadership

  Mentor & guide maintenance teams; ensure operational excellence.
• The working location is a remote area, requiring the Workshop & Procurement Manager to ensure independent, reliable, and efficient financial and resource management in a challenging operational environment.

Preferred candidate profile

We are hiring a Workshop & Procurement Manager with strong expertise in heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM), equipment maintenance, and procurement operations.

The role is ideal for Ex-Servicemen (SS Officers Capt/Maj, below 38 yrs) with hands-on leadership experience in workshop management, vendor negotiations, spare parts procurement, and inventory control for large-scale Infrastructure, Mining, and Construction projects.
