In Order to ensure delivery as per standard at the site. • Workshop Administration Ensure standards at workshop are maintained, resources are utilized in an effective manner and SOP are adhered. In Order to ensure smooth running of the workshop, effective resource utilization. • Quality Management System Coordinate with other functions within aftermarket to ensure the team is trained on process and procedure so that the customer is satisfied with the services in the first instance, review non - compliance and work with team members to ensure closure of all non compliances. In Order to meet the required quality standards. • People Management Find training needs, coordinate with HR team for planning and delivery of soft skills training and technical training. Identify the competency gaps and facilitating competence development for aftermarket team. Administration of performance management process. Engaging & retaining talent. Driving Values & VGAS action plans. Making hiring decisions for any requirement in the COCO aftermarket. In Order to develop a capable and motivated team of professionals. Desired profile: • Commercials understanding of Markets & CV business (P&L) • Technical and Commercial Knowledge • Customer Orientation, Communication, Negotiation and People Management Skill

Ltd., an authorized dealer of Ather Energy , is looking for an experienced and proactive Service Manager to lead the service operations of our two-wheeler electric vehicle (EV) showroom and workshop . The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete after-sales service experience, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with Ather's service and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire service workshop and front-end operations for Ather two-wheeler electric vehicles. Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff to achieve service targets and customer satisfaction. Monitor vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs using Athers proprietary tools and systems . Maintain adequate inventory of EV-specific spare parts and accessories. Ensure proper scheduling, job card management, and daily service flow to minimize turnaround time. Coordinate with the Ather Energy backend for software updates, warranty claims, and training. Deliver a high-quality service experience aligned with Ather Energy's customer-first philosophy . Track key performance metrics: service volume, revenue, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and TAT (Turnaround Time). Ensure staff is trained and up-to-date on EV technologies , safety protocols, and service procedures. Maintain workshop infrastructure, tools, and equipment as per Ather's operational standards. Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering . Strong knowledge of EV components such as battery packs, controllers, and electric drivetrains. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and service management software . Effective leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Ather Energy or other electric two-wheeler brands. Familiarity with Athers Connect App, vehicle telematics, and OTA updates . Proficiency in CRM/Service management tools like DMS, AutoFacets, etc. Ability to train and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
