Job Description

You will be responsible for the overall workshop management, ensuring smooth operations, productivity, and customer satisfaction while managing high service loads. - Plan, supervise, and monitor end-to-end workshop activities. - Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. - Manage technical staff and provide training for skill enhancement. - Monitor workshop KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time. - Handle escalations, customer complaints, and technical challenges. - Optimize resource utilization for handling high workshop volumes. To qualify for this role, you should have: - DME/DAE/BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. - 10-15 years of experience in automobile workshops. - Experience managing workshops with service loads of 1000+ vehicles per month. - Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and system expertise. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person.,
