You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Ensure smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Provide expertise and support for Accenture people and businesses globally. Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop environment. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement desktop management solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of desktop management principles and best practices. Experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Windows operating systems. Knowledge of desktop virtualization technologies such as Citrix or VMware. Familiarity with endpoint security solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
