Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management Good to have skills : Microsoft 365 Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Graduate Summary :As a Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality workplace services. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop environment. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues. Install, configure, and upgrade desktop software and hardware. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Implement and maintain desktop management tools. Assist in the development and implementation of desktop management strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of desktop management principles and best practices. Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience in managing and supporting Windows operating systems. Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. This position is based at our Noida office.
