Workfront Consultant

Role Overview: As a highly motivated and experienced Workfront Consultant, your role in Mumbai will involve managing and enhancing the Workflow Project Management Tool to ensure seamless setup, customization, and reporting supporting daily operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product managers to streamline project workflows and improve automation in the digital marketing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage user accounts in Workfront - Design and build user layout templates - Create and manage custom reports and dashboards - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Optimize project workflows - Translate business needs into effective Workfront configurations Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing - Hands-on experience with Workfront tool - Techno-functional roles in digital marketing environments - Familiarity with Workflow tools like Workfront and Jira - Skilled in user creation, dashboard, and report development in Workfront - Ability to understand marketing architecture and suggest scalable solutions Additional Company Details: Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset are key attributes we are looking for. Strong organizational and time management capabilities, ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams, and a proactive problem-solving attitude are essential. While a Workfront Certification is preferred, basic knowledge of Workfront Fusion is not mandatory.
