Workfront Consultant

As a Workfront Consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, designing, implementing, and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform. You will need to have a hands-on technical approach with a deep understanding of business processes and integration consulting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions during the customer journey - Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery - Partner with various teams to design and implement integrated solutions for customers - Oversee technical development and document standard operating procedures for technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integrations - Assess integration needs, identify solutions, describe the integration process during pre-sales and post-sales stages - Develop integration solutions and identify necessary Workfront configurations to support integration approach **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in software development - Experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation work - Minimum 1 year working with Workfront Fusion or core concepts - Proficient in Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL - Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems - Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented with a deep business process focus - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills - Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment - Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems like ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM - Experience working with 3rd party software integrations,
