Job Description

As a Workfront Consultant at Adobe, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, crafting, implementing, and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform. You will need to be a hands-on technical practitioner with a deep business process and integration consultative focus. Your role will involve leading technical discussions, delivering integrations, providing technical support, and optimizing the implementation process to enhance client satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions - Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery - Partner with cross-functional teams to craft and implement integrated solutions - Develop technical solutions and follow standard operating procedures - Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integrations - Assess integration needs, determine solutions, and describe the integration process **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Software development - Proven ability in client-facing integration and/or implementation work - Strong communication skills and partner management - Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or equivalent Integration platforms - Proficiency in Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL - Experience with data migration and troubleshooting technical issues - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience in implementing solutions for enterprise systems If you are looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment and grow your career by working with cutting-edge technologies, Adobe offers a work environment where creativity, curiosity, and constant learning are celebrated.
