Job Title: Workforce Data Processing Specialist Location: Remote(US Shift Timings) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an Advanced Workforce Data Processing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on processing and auditing core human resources data across various HR functions including job changes, employee demographics, licensure, accruals, rate progression increases, and tuition reimbursement. The specialist ensures accuracy and compliance in HR data and reimbursement processes, supporting employees across multiple benefit and cost reimbursement programs. Key Responsibilities: Audit new employee data and system setup for accuracy and completeness. Process employee changes such as job codes, position numbers, salary rates, pay plans, appointments, and demographic updates. Manage separation processing for voluntary and involuntary terminations, including severance events. Monitor employee licensure and job-required certification statuses for compliance. Support processes related to tuition reimbursement and educational assistance programs. Assist with employee reimbursement processes for nursing workshops, certifications, bonuses, and adoption assistance. Audit employee accruals (e.g., PTO, vacation, sick leave, medical leave) and adjust balances as needed based on audit results or corrections. Review, approve, or deny various cost reimbursement requests in alignment with policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in: Human Resources or a relevant function. Directly managing customer or employee requests/needs. Working in the healthcare industry .
