Workforce Planning Manager

As a workforce planning professional at a leading Big 4 company, your role will involve developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to align with organizational goals. You will analyze workforce trends and data to forecast future staffing requirements, collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop solutions. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies, conducting workforce analytics, and monitoring and reporting on workforce metrics to track progress. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement workforce planning strategies - Analyze workforce trends and data for forecasting - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address skill gaps - Design and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies - Conduct workforce analytics for optimization - Monitor and report on workforce metrics - Lead and manage a team of workforce planning professionals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Communicate strategies to key stakeholders for alignment and buy-in Qualifications Required: - Education: Masters / bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field - 10-13 years of experience required - Proficiency in full cycle SWFP - Expertise in WFP Analytics and advanced scenario modeling - Experience in skills-based planning - Ability to utilize talent intelligence tools - Experience in managing a small team - Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced Excel skills) - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Visier and SuccessFactors is a plus Please note that the job location is Hyderabad and the shift timings are from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.,
