What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to deliver exceptional results while building trust and strong relationships
• Advise clients on best practices to maximize the value of their

  UKG systems

• Use system analysis techniques to determine software and functional specifications
• Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM systems per client design
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision:

  Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

What Makes You Successful

Need to Haves:

• 1–3 years of

  UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)

  or similar WFM experience
• 1–3 years of

  HRIS consulting

  experience
• Ability to work hybrid and travel up to 40% as needed

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Expert-level UKG product knowledge

• Meeting utilization and certification goals
• Delivering projects on time with high-quality outcomes
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Managing daily operations, including timekeeping and book of business
